国宴菜单:

开胃菜(头盘)

．雪松盐和海藻结皮的稀有烤东海岸黄鳍金枪鱼

．白豆鹰嘴豆泥、黄瓜、腌萝卜和苦菜亚麻籽饼乾和配檬欧芹乳液

主菜:
